WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
WE RISE BY
LIFTING OTHERS
At Project Orphans, we believe each child and person is unique. Our ears and hearts always come ready listen so that each need is examined and addressed to its uniqueness.
We carefully measure and evaluate our work every step of the way to know how and where our programs are creating the most impact.
WHO WE ARE &
THE VALUES WE STAND BY
Project Orphans works to provide programs and services that restore dignity, advocates for the vulnerable, and empowers local leaders. We value every life and work to listen to all perspectives so that our entire community rises together and fights for justice.
We are “can-do” people. It is too easy to say what can't be done or what hinders us from helping... there's always a reason why something is impossible. But at Project Orphan’s we are people who live with a can-do mindset, and always find a way to serve or get our work done!
At Project Orphans, we serve with happiness and a joyful heart. Not sadness or madness—but we serve with gladness!
The quickest way to bring restoration is through finding joy in serving others.
We are called to serve the most vulnerable people of the earth; to relieve their suffering and to promote the transformation in their life.
We believe all people are created and loved by God. We treat others the way we want to be treated and go out of our way to serve the voiceless.
The resources at our disposal are not our own. They were given through generosity and should be used for the purpose which those resources were given. We treat the things we have been given in a manner that brings maximum benefit to others and the organization.
We are quick to respond to life-threatening emergencies or when we see abuse/neglect. We step into the lives of the voiceless where our involvement is needed and appropriate!
We are willing to take intelligent risks and act quickly. We do this from a foundation of experience and sensitivity to what the situation requires!

Project Orphans is bringing special needs children who are malnourished back to life in rural Uganda. Children who live with a disability are subject to malnourishment and can often starve to death. Ambrose was one of those children. Rescued at an approximate age of 17 years old, Ambrose was found by a Project Orphan’s Child Advocate weighing only 21 pounds.
We kicked off the new year with a life-saving cesarean section at Miracle Birthing Center, the opening of our new primary school at our Pearl Village campus, and by having a visit from our Co-Founders, Brittany Stokes & Christina Yarid, in Uganda, Africa!
We are absolutely determined to see the cycle of poverty broken in our local villages -- so everyone can have access to education, medical care, dignity, shelter, and hope.
